1 General Provisions

2 Account Registration

• Standard withdrawals take between 15 minutes and 2 hours to process.
• Withdrawals will only be made to the same method used for the deposit.

5.3 Currency

All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). bk33bk is not responsible for any matters related to exchange rates.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

bk33bk offers bonuses and promotional offers for users from time to time. Each offer has its own specific terms.

6.1 Welcome Bonus

• New members receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000.
• Example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,500 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,500.
• Example: depositing ৳8,000 earns a maximum bonus of ৳5,000, giving a total balance of ৳13,000.
• To make the bonus withdrawable, the total bonus amount must be wagered 20 times (wagering requirement 20x).
• A specific time limit applies for meeting the wagering requirement; if not met within the time limit, the bonus will be cancelled.

6.2 General Bonus Terms

• Bonuses apply only to the primary account holder and are not transferable.
• bk33bk reserves the right to change, cancel or add new conditions to any bonus offer at any time.
• If bk33bk suspects bonus abuse, it may cancel the bonus and any related winnings.
• A user may claim only one welcome bonus offer.

7 Gaming Rules

All games on bk33bk are operated on fair play principles. Each game has specific rules that should be read before starting.

• The outcome of each game is determined by an impartial Random Number Generator (RNG).
• For games interrupted due to a technical error, bk33bk will take appropriate action in accordance with its rules.
• In the event of any dispute over a game result, bk33bk's server logs will be considered the final evidence.
• In the case of any game software error, apparent winnings may be voided.
• The use of automated software or bots while playing games is strictly prohibited.
• Playing games using multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bk33bk platform and involvement in such activities will result in immediate account termination.

• Money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
• Fraudulent activity, hacking or system manipulation.
• Sharing your account with other users.
• Bonus abuse or exploiting vulnerabilities in the system.
• Creating an account using a false identity.
• Harassing, threatening or behaving inappropriately toward other users.
• Placing bets using third-party funds.
• Conducting unauthorized financial transactions among platform users.

In the case of such activities, bk33bk reserves the right to confiscate all balances and winnings in the relevant account and to notify the relevant authorities.

9 Responsible Gaming

9.1 Self-Exclusion and Setting Limits

• Users can set their own deposit limits, betting limits or break periods.
